A Stipulation and Agreement of Settlement dated April 1, 2011 has been approved.  The Settlement will make a $7,375,000 Settlement Fund available for the Class.

For full and complete information, you are directed to review carefully the Notice of Proposed Settlement of Class Action, Motion for Attorneys’ Fees and Settlement Fairness Hearing (the ”Settlement Notice”).  A Proof of Claim form is available for Class Members seeking to share in the proceeds of the Settlement. The deadline for submitting Proofs of Claim is September 2, 2011.
